The Telephos platform is a research-grade Digital Health Tool for multi-site behavioral measurement. It captures the full patient–clinician interaction and turns it into reproducible, quantitative endpoints — without changing how clinicians run their sessions.

§ 01 — Capture

Built for the clinical setting, not the lab. Telephos captures the full patient–clinician interaction in situ — and every modality is timestamped to a common clock and aligned at the millisecond level, so the same micro-event in face, voice, and physiology is analysable as one signal, not three.

§ 03 — The continuous patient signal

Telephos follows the patient across the journey — from the clinical session to remote monitoring at home — and folds everything into a single longitudinal embedding. From that embedding we derive a Live Placebo Responsiveness Score (LPRS), updated continuously and ingested into the trial alongside conventional sponsor data through an agentic AI layer.
